I'm confused about the point of this. Are they trying to sell something? Does their software ACTUALLY remove the rogue anti-virus? If so, why would they just hand out the "cure" for the software they want to take over people's computers?

@piandcompany Uninstaller blocks user when trying to uninstall.There is uninstall key.
