Your recent videos make me miss Japan so much! It's so great that you are trying the authentic, local cuisine. Also, I'm almost afraid to tell you but what you ate isn't ovaries. If I'm not mistaken, what you ate looks exactly like shirako, which are the sperm sacs of codfish. Shirako is definitely an acquired taste, even to the Japanese. So thumbs up that you at least tried it, even if you didn't know what it really was.

In Toronto we have the same 4way/diagonal cross walk at a couple intersections, especially downtown. We have the same unwritten rule for the escalator system as well except we walk on the left side and stand on the right.
