Hi, I have the following equipments: dbx-166xl compressor, Rode NTK mic, Presonus mic preamp with phantom power, Alesis Multimix 8 USB with phantom power (i'm using this latter for audio interface). My question is how would you combine all this for the best sound quality? Lets not forget the compressors inside Sonar
I respect the fact you thought I'd know but I tell you honestly I don't. I am not familliar enough with those things to offer any advice. I hope someone else can suggest something for you.

Simply highlight the instrument track (of soft synth or whatever) and select step sequencer
