When the rowdies enter, the people begin to panic and run but after our saami malai's intro (one turn shown 20 times), they halt where they are and listen to his punch dialogues because they are jobless and dont have another hospital to go to.

Also he has tried something different with camera shakes whenever his name is displayed. This is to imply that he is better than super star since superstar peyara kettaa dhaan adhurudhu but saami mala peyara paathaale adhurudhu.
