@emptyarwen09 I would pray that the use of multiple books to make one movie wouldn't happen as it did in Anne Rice's Queen of the Damned. we were so disappointed in the mismash of the stories lines and the use of some of the actors for the characters (they didn't seem to stick to the books descriptions). still a good movie but a bit of a let down (for us anyway), and in saying all that you can't take anything away from Aaliyah because she was Akasha incarnate.

a note, I'm not sure that anyone has looked it up, but apparently the movie is not being made, then again the series involves a lot of erotica to have it turned into a movie. it would be like turning the merry gentry series into a movie and I'm pretty sure that will not be happeneing

Edward I always pictured as younger tho and I think Bert needs to be played as a really big guy...
Dakota is totally Nikolaos, dead on.

I loved the cast except I always pictured Dolph as black. IDK if I got that somehow from the books or if it's just my imagination, but that's what I thought. Other than that, I love your picks. Anita is great; both of them and so is Richard. Also, Dakota Fanning is PERFECT!

The male casting choices work amazingly but I'm just not feeling your Anita choices. I think the girl you have picked for her is too Middle Eastern looking for my tastes and not nearly "Busty" enough. But hey, that's just me. I did LOVE your Phillip and Jamison choices though they were spot on.

Hahah, you did a great job casting! Totally with you on Jean Claude (wow, is he hot), Zerbrowski (perfect), Ronnie, Willie (steve Buschemi is fabulous), Nickolaos, and I could be with you on Anita, but I think the guy who plays Richard has to be bigger and more imposing (I always picture someone like Joe Lando when he was young). Edward needs to younger and more handsome, I think, but your guy is still good! Dolph needs to be bigger....maybe Brad Garrett? Great job though!

I think Michelle Rodriguez wld make a much better Anita bcoz she does 'tough' really well. I'd love to see Jason Behr cast in the movie but I don't see him as Richard. Richard comes across like the 'all american boy'. I think Jason Behr would make a good Asher. I totally agree with Nir Lavi as Jean-Claude. There could not be a more perfect choice. I also love your choice of Shelbie Bruce as the young Anita. Someone on here suggsted Guy Pearce as Edward & I can very much see him in that role.
