Honestly how the hell does a pick relax the shoulders? If you're hurting your shoulders playing the guitar, you're doing something wrong. I think picks like these are exaggerated a bit. Why not just learn to hold a pick the correct way than buying these "outrageously advertised" ones?
Thats a really great question, the simplest way to put it, is ithat you want to involve the smallest number of muscles necessary to achieve a desired task. In this case its , how much pressure is the minimum necessary to keep the pick from spinning in my fingers. This will vary of course with the finish or gripping surface on the pick and the amount of sweat on the fingers. Ergonomic engineers work toward achieving what they call a "neutral position", this means that every muscle is relaxed
In short, if you hold a conventional pick , without our grips, you will have to hold it tighter to keep it from turning, with our picks and grips, your arm stays relaxed and so does your playing style. A simple test , is to just drop your arm to your side, see where your thumb and forefinger meet, thats the "neutral Position". Our picks give you the ability to feel that relaxed., hope this helps, BTW what does "outrageously advertised" mean?
I bought my first F-1 about 10 years ago after hearing about it on the Howard Stern show and have never used a standard pick since then. It doesn't twist or change positions in my fingers the way a flat pick does, and it never slips out of my hand. If you love to play and have any problems with a traditional pick or just want to have greater control, this is worth a try. I can't imagine playing with any other pick.
hey i could use one of those. when ever i play somthing with no breaks the pick starst to rotate and then i end up strumming the air and having to fix my pick. sweetness
dude i agree with you if you have problems holding your pick there's stuff like gorrilla snot that will keep it sticky but easy to switch to differemt picking this pick would be almost impossible to switch
we have a money back gaurantee, in 9 years of selling them, 6 people have returned them, they not only stick, but relax your hand ,arm and playing style, but definitely not for everyone
i need to get some of these picks always turn and shit when i play and then i drop them lol witch is also why i use triple sided cause when it turns theres another pick side there..lol
idk it looks like its made so that ur hand would be like right there ive never held one so idk but there was just alittle bit left hanging over the part where his pointer was so i really dont think it would matter to much
Ever heard of V-picks?

youll never know for sure unless you try
allen2300 11 months ago
look bulky like you can only hold it one way , ergo useless, would make a good money clip or something or maybe it could hold the real picks,

I myself have used a regular old quarter for a few decades now..
I just wanted to drop a footnote on the F-1 pick though..
If anyone has ever seen the old 50's television series Father Knows Best.. the role of the son Bud was played by a bloke called Billy Gray...
Billy Gray is credited with the 'invention' of this pick.
And now you know...
Now you know
