Such helpful advice! I have kept silent for so many years about my spiritual experiences and perspectives, mainly because they are so different from those of the people around me, and over the years I learned to keep silent, because many times my attempt to express my opinion would only upset the other person (and me when he/she became upset). I realize now that I was far too zealous and combative in my attitude. You're right about "mellowing out," Grandfather, and about picking the moment.
is there a way for me to forget what i have seen and heard in the last couple of months it is very upsetting to see so much suffering and not being able to help why do the rich not give to the poor i mean like the queens and rothchilds and the very very rich why would it hurt them how can they turn a blind eye i am confused
Abraham (channeled by Esther Hicks) suggests, in fact emphasizes, turning one's attention always to the positive aspects of life, even if one is aware of only one positive aspect. Doing so will attract (by the Law of Attraction, which is universal) other positive aspects and will raise one's vibration, creating a greater sense of relief, ease, and ultimately happiness and joy. I have also found it helpful to focus primarily on the reality that I perceive with my physical senses at the moment
I have a hand position I can recommend!
