This guy, Paul Biya, is one of the most corrupted dictators leading one of the most corrupted country in the world. There is no hope for development in Africa, if such leaders as this one are still in charge.
Laurent Gbagbo is another crook who is trying really hard to hang on to power by stealing the presidential election in Ivory Coast.
