Would be nice if the United States did invade Iran because unlike Iraq's army, the Iranian Revolutionary guards are well trained in guerrilla warfare. They won't just be fighting ragtag militias but professional and not well... but decently equipped soldiers. The costs would be significant enough to force the United States to follow Britain and France and give up its control of the world. Or it could be just the thing needed to bring the U.S. out of recession by running on a war economy.
