Lol, Im guessing this video is made in America, only there would you start some kid off on their driving career by letting them learn to drive while not wearing a seatbelt. Absolutely crazy and sends out completely the wrong message that the belt can be optional. Was the kid in the back restrained? All it takes is for the mentality to set in of , oh im just driving down the road to the shop so i wont bother with the seatbelt as its only a short journey lulz!
