Sam Adams-Imperial Series

I LOVE the Imperial White. It's not an ale, whatever that dude says. It is a "wheat bock", at least in spirit, if that makes any sense. I can't think of any better way to describe it. It's amazing, especially when its relatively low price is factored in.

The Double Bock is dessert. Not a beer to have with a dessert, it's a dessert unto itself; delicious, sweet, but I can't handle too much of it.

SA Imperial Stout is okay, but skip it for Old Rasputin (cellar temp, not cold) instead.

I just purchased Imperial Stout today and was impressed. I originally had a Tatanka Imperial Stout at BJ's a month ago and it left a lasting impression. Today I was at my local and I felt like a kid in a candy store. Truly enjoyed having to pick a beer. This beer is tasty and goes great with a conversation. Fuck the meal. haha

All good beers and show a nice rebirth for Sam. I'm a fan of big beers, especially the Imperial White shown here. It is complex and filling without being too overbearing. But did he glug that first pour? lol

I just found these beers to be a bit strong tasting when other "big" beers from other brewers don't taste so strong in similar styles.

oh!....I'll still check them out. I tried buying some today from my beer store but I got Bishops Finger and Fuller london Porter!....The fullers porter was amazing! extremely strong rich and powerful drink. I had it with some nibbles and it complimented it well. It's got a real chocolate malt thing going on and it is dark as night with a beautiful head!...Check it out dude. Fullers London Porter.

These are good but very big beers. Very high ABV and you need to make sure you eat something first or they will get you! LOL. Thanks for watching.

I noticed that too. And I heard some of these more serious guys not breathing through their nose while they drink and then breathing through the nose on a second drink. They say you get different flavors.

Nice!!!! I'm happy to say that they just redid the beer laws in my state. ABV is allowed to be 12% starting in May...it used to be 6% limit. I can't wait!!
