I know the first song is a version of song to the siren there are many versions but this one is by a band called moneypenny. It was never released. That version was recorded just for this movie but that same group recorded a slower version in the late 90's which sadly was never released as well but it was remixed in to a techno song on the Perfecto Presents Another World CD by Paul Oakenfold

It's "Song to the Siren" by a singer named Renee from a band called Moneypenny. The song does not exist, a small portion was recorded specifically for the trailer and was never released in any form other than at the beginning of this trailer.
