HD-41 is one of the best dozer ever made, along with the old CAT D9... The D11's weight is absolutely not 154 tons, because the bigger Komatsu D575 is around 140-150 tons... The D11's weight is around 105 tons... However, the biggest in the world is always the old italian Acco: 183 tons and 1350 horsepower... Long live to Fiat-Allis, old CAT and to the Acco dozer...

He had a couple of International TD 25s that could out push and out rip any Cat dozer made...we used to make it a point to find when he was working to witness the ass kicking he did to the Cat High tracks..... what a helluva crawler...amazing to watch it......it was Rippy Inc of New Castle Colorado...Thx...RR

by the looks are the area, id say they have some soft ground and the way they are doin it wont impact the soil as much as a D11R would, all the weight on one area would pack it way tighter then the way they are doin it, AND if it got stuck, you might get one or all those tractors to pull it out, :) Just what im guessin !
