Toronto isn't really THAT bad in the winter. We like to play up the cold and the misery, but there is still lots to do with your time here year-round! Just dress warmly!

Indoor shopping malls? Lol...never seen an outdoor shopping mall.

Jokes aside, you could have mentioned the underground path (to stay warm).

@tracyeats Outdoor shopping malls are quite common in Southern California.

And the PATH is someplace I would advise tourists to avoid. I just don't understand why its such a big deal. It's a windowless mall with shops and eateries catering to the office workers above. AND it's easy to get lost in it. I tell people to walk outside since it's faster, you see more and you can always duck inside a building to warm up if you're cold.
