Yehhh lol this time only 1 video and tehy suspend my account....it was the Tekken 6 opening video, seriously I avoid certains videos as I know theres a chance of it getting removed, but now its totally random. I mean I had that video up over a month ago and it gets removed randomly now

I don't understand the VGA videos myself. The reason for that is because I myself have these videos up but I'm not getting any strikes what so ever.
If you can, email the support for Youtube and ask for a reason why you're getting banned because it seems like COMPLETE BULL SHIT mate.

starting the second account seems like a good idea..

GameTrailers is probably the only site to keep them up since they have the rights to them. They're associated with Spike and Spike is a branch-off from Viacom.
