I had a friend who was seriously harassed and threatened by these people; They have cut people's brake lines. nowe young and idealistic people do all sorts of things. run planes into buildings etc. Now in genraal I think the only animal testing that is done should be done for medical purposes and that is it. Sadly vivisection is sometimes necessary. Animal models work, But testing for cosmetics aand the next new Balderdash cleaner is not necessary and should be stopped.

Justthejobby - That's absolutely not true. The fact is that SHAC have produced an extensive booklet for people to have which lists all animal tested and non animal tested products including medical charities that dont test on animal as well so that others can avoid them as well. I know that because I have got one. Does that clear it up for you? Why do some people try to slur a good compassionate movement?

You can have respect for them now you know the truth but please don't do others a disservice by jumping to your own conclusions without getting to know the facts. Perhaps you could do something constructive to help stop cruelty yourself? within the law of course. Trying to stop cruelty to helpless animals is something we should all get involved in, no matter how small even if we just avoid the products, it all helps.
