  • Things that would be helpful...

    1. Having some weight on that squat.

    2. Understanding that jump rope helps to calfs.

    3. Doing step squat squat with weight and forget that extension. Extension is exercise on it's own.

    4. Forgetting that one leg squat in video and doing pistol squat, use some help if needed at start.

    5. UNDERSTANDING THAT YOU NEED TWO THINGS:

    1. BASIC STUFF TO GET SOME MUSCLE THERE! Squat, Deadlift, Power Clean as main exercise.

    2. LOW FAT PERCENTAGE! That's what is all about!

  • Awesome! i have been stuck on doing my butt workouts 2 times a week but i use heavy weight, so im gonna start doing just these body weight butt exercises an additional 3 days a week, because i was born with a flat butt and trying to get it as round as possible. I have been short changing myself thanks a lot for this video and the info.

  • @Yakiniful I'm glad you find the video helpful. :) If you want to ad a mass/muscle in your butt you will need to do more than 3 days a week . Start doing squats , lunges and step ups but with holding dumbbells in your hands. Don't be shy on the lbs ;) the heavier the better for working those glutes.

  • Oh my God those were one of the easiest exercises for glutes that I found in the internet! I'm gonna do this every week! What push-ups would you say it's best for girls ? Considering I'm 17, I'm thin! I'd be happy if you would do a video in the near future!

  • @blablblaumtes Try to do 3 sets of each exercise, with no breaks in between! And for the pushups, I have a pushups videos already, with 5 different types of pushups. Start with regular and after you can do 10 in a row, progress to one of the harder ones, like 1 legged pushups.
