@sweetychiller IIRC she does wear the same costume in H4, probably an homage to the first one. She has black hair though I seem to recall.

@sweetychiller No, the child in the first picture is Michael Myers aged 6. He murders his sister on Halloween and then is locked up in a mental institution for about 15 years until he escapes a few days before halloween whereupon he returns to Haddonfield to wreak more havoc.
