Yes they do come with it.

It updates just the models in the pack, the two NSE class 47s.

You have to pay because its a Payware pack.

It is worth getting, yes.

Sounds good but not am not convinced with the idle and it seems the class 47 model has not been changed since rail simulator...

OMG it sound fantastic, just like a 47, I wish that the Railworks class 66 sounded better cos its very high pitched on the game, in real life its got more of a Grunt.
