@county582 Layering is key to keeping warm. I'm miserable if my feet are cold. Don't know what shoes you're wearing, but try wearing a thin liner pair of socks and a thick wool pair over those. Thanks for watching.

@TheVAboss Ha, we left the tent doors open. I kept looking at them thinking we needed to close them to keep on the bugs out. I did that all night as we sat by the fire. I started laughing about it to my brother.

What rated sleeping bag do you use in winter as opposed to summer. Or do you use the same one. I have a 0 deg and I can't picture it fitting in a backpack. I want to try backpacking but I have'nt done anything but car camping. Thanks

@conarl1 I use a 0 deg in winter and depending I may add layers. That will be detailed in the upcoming vid. In the summer I use a 20 deg bag. Where I go it's not uncommon to get below freezing in the middle of the summer at night.

I've done quite a few nights of tarp camping in sub zero winter weather. Its character building thats for sure. Been an odd winter so far. I live in NE Ohio smack in the middle of the snow belt and we've had maybe a 1/8 inch of snow so far this year. Been more like spring or autumn weather than winter. Sort of creepy. Looking forward to seeing those knife vids man.

@hempseedaddict Actually, diapers can be used to as a means to transport items. Just place the item in the center and fold up. Works like a charm. I'm thinking I will mod a couple out with straps and add them to my pack.
