  • Girls, you wont get big from lifting weights! Its testosterone that promotes hypertrophy (muscle growth). Using tiny weights like she does in the video is OK (ish) if say endurance is your goal but for real toning and strength gains you can go heavier; it wont make you manly like the steroid using 'girls' you occasionally hear about. Lifting weights that actually cause real resistance will stop you wasting time doing countless repetitions, you'll tone up much quicker without bulking out, promise

    that why i said "i don't and to get too big, little girl workout" theirs a suck thing as real strength training you know, the 3-7 rep range is best for that ya know, its for mostly strength, not mass gaining. It really annoys the fuck out of me when girls thin if they lift heavy they will get big. do some real work, or research gymnastics.

  • @isthatmarcee tell ya what, check this out. beginners strength routine Workout A 3x5 OHP 3x5 Row i recommend DB 1x5 Deadlift Workout B 3x5 Squat 3x5 Bench Press 3x10 Chin-Ups: 3 sets to failure or add weight if completing more than 15 reps x is a rest day, download the book Starting stregth, or look up videos for proper form.   • so naive ... your absolutely wrong about weight ... increasing to 5 or even 10 pound weights will speed up the process and you will build strength not bulk - there are women lifting 20/25 pound weights that are just as skinny and flexible as you, only stronger and more flexible because of it.

  • @Jdub1515 ...can tell you're still young. Try lifting heavy weights(to a small woman, 25 can pose difficulty in some ranges) your whole life, and come back when you're old and haven't destroyed half your joints.
