im totally jealous of your skin because its not an abnormal pale or a fake tan color, but it has the perfect glow and it works with every hair color. I use gel eyeliner but I haven't had any issues with transferring, I'm not sure if it's the type of eyeliner or the amount that I get onto the brush(I do get the excess off). It's bobbi brown's gel eyeliner(It dries quick too, which might be another reason it doesn't transfer)

@innoc3ntb00 Hi no im just wearing foundation... yes i defo put a different foundation on... i dunno why but i love my neck being slightly darker then my face it just makes your face stand out, it may look darker in videos though...

I have alot of different foundations because im a makeup artist and i just mix up a colour to match tan or i may have one that matchs good .... i wear really dark tan so i can go from an nc25 to an nc35 to 40... in mac terms...

lol, liquid eyeliner is what you were talking about. The stuff that comes ready with the wand. I usually use max factor but I cheaped out and bought a wet n wild h2o proof one. ITS EVIL :[ it doesnt come off AT ALL. I have to scrub the crap out of it... but it stays on all day xD
