BF2 looks like a tropical island...That doesnt mean its bad! just different. I like it though, maybe BF3 should make a map with an "abroad" feel. Blue water, bright sand, blue skies. I think theyve tried so hard to make it have weather were used to seeing in war, dark, rainy, war torn, smokey. good but should try other thingstoo

Battlefield 2 Wake Island looks more like a large, open, peaceful island with more space and lush, untouched by war. On the other hand, Battlefield 3 looks like a more like realistically war-torn battlefield with more rubbish and less color to make a more war-torn looking atmosphere. It's all a matter of preference, do you like large tropical islands or war-torn islands? I like them both.

@ThikPaper I agree, I have always liked games that were bright an sunny. It is a much nicer atmosphere to play in, even for a war game. I wish they had of kept that feel to it.

@dmng21 u probably could play on high, but may have fps issues due to ur gts 450 graphics card and high resolution (1920x1080) i would recommend because to be honest there is very minimal difference and the game will run a lot better.
