This is certainly not house music. I'm a producer who makes house tunes. Try using an 808 kit and some genuine analog sounds, genuine samples, and approximate actual house before you start getting too experimental. This doesn't sound like the work of an experimental house producer, but of an amateur producer experimenting with house.
