NEVER release a pet fish into North American waterways. It can damage our waterways and native fish/plant species. A huge fine or jail time is punishment for releasing pet fish into our waterways.
If you have a pet fish you can't care for, do not flush it, simply put it in a plastic container filled with water and put it into a freezer. The fish will simply go into hibernation peacefully and then will be frozen solid as it's sleeping!
Freezing is the humane way to "put a fish to sleep".
Asian or not, its a shame...... the other tanks from you are crowded too, so many nice and expensive predators in such a small place....it looks that you have money bro, buy some more tanks for them....
