The "waves" are caused by video interlacing. If you "de-interlace" the video, the "waves" will disappear. Many video editing programs have an option to deinterlace, absent that, if you save the video as "progressive" it will deinterlace as well.
yes!!!!but if you edit your videos on anything else that is not powerdirector(it comes with the camera)your videos will get like waves...im edting a video of my sc-mx10 footage
