I'd rather say it was GOOD luck. That was turn of red team's worm named "Destruction". Yes, it falled, but knocked one worm in this "accident" and lost only 13 life points.
You'd need to patch up with the beta (look for it on the Team17 site under update). Install that and you can play on .PNG maps by putting them in the user/saved levels dir. There's a maximum of 112 colours for a map though
