When Biggie did his very last TV interview the person he gave a shout out to seconds before the interview ended was to Jay Z. That was the last shout out Biggie ever gave on TV. It was as if Biggie was passing the thrown over to another Brooklyn son. I believe that when people say their very last words it happens for a reason.
