This is totally messed up. I'd imagine it would be in their best interest to give you the phone to put out there from a purely fiscal standpoint. Even though a phone gets some critiques from the reviewer, viewers do not automatically decide not to get the phone because of that. In fact, when searching for a phone, I prefer a completely unbiased reviewer. When the Tilt came out, I looked around for reviews and specifically paid attention to the bad ones so that I knew exactly what I was getting.

I think the main reason they didn't give you the phone is because many reviews already has been out so why do they need another review when they already know what ppl think.
