i used touch dual for almost 5 months. encounter problem after 2 months; the touch screen not working. and now even worst. cannot touch anymore. already performed the hard reset but cannot even enter the window since need to touch the screen to resetting it..will send to customer services.
check the htc forum and many people face the same problem

I just got off the phone with Sprint. They confirmed that They will be offering the HTC touch starting on November 2. YEAH! I also told the some stuff they should consider changing like the keyboard.
Top phones right now, iPhone, Cect Fake iPhone, the LG Prada and the Nokia n95, then this HTC Touch, so far the iPhone has the smoothest interface, it is lacking a lot of things like flash player, flash and zoom capabilities on camera and video and audio recording, o and GPS capabilities... but I bet Jobs is going to create an iPhone with these things later on just like he added extra features to iPods.

you should also remember that apple has no experience in developing mobile phones and HTC has already been around the block for a couple of years. So on the matter who's better, i'd put my money on HTC right now, until the iphone has proven otherwise

Right. This isn't a multi-touch screen. It's actually just an ordinary touchscreen with a thumb-detector. The same interface design has been used in computer games for almost 10 years. I know there are a few other pieces of software that've had similar design. The touch screen scrolling feature is similar to the one in the Opera Mini web-browser for instance. The iPhone isn't a PDA-phone, by the way. This one is.

Funny thing is... when i tried out it myself,i had a hard time activating the Touchflo interface. Maybe it's not very touch sensitive. :X
