Instead of absorbing the laser beams to protect the world from destruction, why didn't Wonder Woman simply use her Amazon strength to destroy the laser before the laser beam could be fired?
This episode and the final scene where she places herself in front of the laser cannon and takes a direct hit from it's laser beam would have made for a great final episode of the series. Instead of having her curvacious body reduced to a pile of ashes, it would have been better to see her get turned into a solid gold statue by it's yellow rays. It would have been interesting to see all the bad guys in the group fighting over ownnership of her.

That was a real sexy pose that she did when she got hit with that energy beam and became covered in its yellow effect. It would have been sweet if she had gotten turned into a golden statue.
I wonder why she didn't use her bracelets to deflect/absorb the laser beam?

this is why I love Season 2, more action and more sense of danger of "saving the world" aspects. Season 3 fell flat in that respect *sigh*
