congratz to u i have been using silk for a wile now but i just started using light. me i'm not a big fan of the light but i still use it lol. oh have u cut down the amount of splenda u use that is a lot of splenda i also said this on obesity help i think but any how good luck to u

you look great! WOW i didnt know splenda had that meny cals! try truvia, I make 16 oz of green tea with two packs of truvia and thats 4 carbs.
