She's talking about how filling a form (for a job) 'in the race section' affects what kind of job she gets and how her co-workers don't accept her because she doesn't exactly fit in (she's a mix of all).Because she ticked all the other race boxes "it sort of cancels out" the white, because no white person will accept her as "white" either (and white people tend to get better jobs). So she is asking a person in charge if she could re-do the form and only tick the white box.
