Izzie cut his lvad wire in order to make his condition worse to make him first on the transplant list (he was second) so he could get a heart that day. Luckily, he ended up getting it and all was well until he suddenly ended up dieing from a blood clot from the transplant surgery right after he proposed to Izzie. So the video is kind of confusing with that part of the storyling.

You should probably just watch those few episodes...I'm bad at explaining lol
