This movie gave me a lot of laughs LOL- now the story-line said the bird is anti-matter, if bird landed on the surface which it did, it would've created an explosion and fireball 3 times the size of Norht America-however, for laughs and entertainment, a must see

Not bad considering the number of movies created in those days, and the limited budgets and 'special effects for the monsters. What's bad is contemporary movies with modern 'puters ahd outrageous budgets. Some of these '''modern''' flicks are just pure garbage with terrible story lines.

Its awesom, maybe the monster's look is not perfect, but thats what makes this movie so lovely.
And hey... Have you seen "Robot Monstet" for example, in this movie, the monster is some real shit, but the movie is fun to watch anyway^^
