I use mostly free weight but machine have there place too. I understand what your saying but machines work. I been bodybuilding 19 years. Now that I'm coming back from a major accident where I lost most of my solid mass and gained a lot of fat. They have helped me gain strength and stability back before I hit free weights. As to how many reps these girls are doing we dont know where they are in their routine bro. could be at the end of a brutal night of doing drop sets

As this session was obviously a power session, full range of motion would provide her with better overall tendon strength and this translates well if the pursuit is bodybuilding. Also, the first two girls should consider benching with thumbs over the bar, not under. Accident avoidance=longevity.
