No you do not need to diet! I think you're beautiful just the way you are. But if you're unhappy with your appearance, and you want to see a change, then it needs to be more of a lifestyle change rather than a diet which is only temporary. Diets don't work in the long term! When you have a bad hair day like that, try using baking soda to soak up the extra oil. Seems to work well for me. Also, love this look. Intend to try it :)
