To me it's as good as pop. You think he's great mixing live? Have you ever seen him at Sensation White 2006? I mean, the unedited version. He made tons of mistakes and most of them were blanked out by a green screen and audio loss, other times they seem to have just edited over the original audio so it sounds smooth.

I've heared him lots of times.

Everyone can have a bad day. Overal i like his mixing. Especially his choice of tracks.

But for him to be called 'the best DJ', thats also verry overrated in my opinion, but we all know how the music-industry works ;)

And in the end its a matter of personal taste.

BTW, the sensation parties are awesome, dont know about white 2006 (missed it) but I like sensation, especially the harder editions (black)

What has green screen to do with mixing mistakes? And audio-loss, possibly.

And that the recorded audio sounds much better is verry normal and logical. You should know that as a DJ ;)

On the DVD or whatever, when Tiesto messed up a mix they would (for one second or so) turn the screen green and cut out the audio. It makes it look like a malfunction with the recording/saving/burning electronics rather than showing Tiesto how he really is.

Check out v=qgR8b7PLKXA. It has mistakes, but the released DVD doesn't. I'll make a 1minute video or something to show you what I mean. Give me a short while. Also, I'm not a DJ. My brother is/was.
