She's not so much reading as just repeating the scripts they've given her verbatim. All of her answers were too obviously prepared, no actual honest thinking, just robotic repetition, filled with buzz words and even choreographed body language. This wasn't so much as a debate as a memory challenge. Biden came off looking more natural and knowledgeable. She didn't fall on her face though.
