The same thing happened here in Slovakia...the major media informed about few hundreds revolting people who threw eggs on police and tv cars, the real fact circa 3 thousand people were peacefully revolting infront of government in Bratislava - this is just purposedly BLINDNESS. Our numbers and not so great, but You and Your nation are trully inspirational and I hope more people in Europe will open their eyes for what have to come sooner or later. Keep it up! Jak podaje konstytucja III RP:

Art. 188 pkt 1 potwierdza, iż Trybunal Konstytucyjny orzeka w sprawach umów międzynarodowych.

Art. 199 pkt 1 wylicza listę organów uprawnionych do złożenia wniosku do TK, między innymi Rzecznika Praw Obywatelskich.

Art. 80 mówi że wniosek do RPO może złożyć każdy.
