  • Best.Game.Ever.

  • you will regret that you don't buy bioblaster

  • XD i love the fighting conversation scene, i did it because i saw the magic avaliable so i use and all the scene us funny, event the ``Aaaah** part xD

  • @Forgistus I don't understand why Terra even says "Ahhh..." there, it doesn't sound natural at all.

The translators were most likely having this typical "let's use the EXACTLY same lines as in the Japanese version!" attitude, not realizing that certain things sound better in certain languages than in others.

But whatever, fantastic game nonetheless. =P

  • i was lmfao when he was like SON OF A SANDWORM

  • Kinda funny how the Magitek Armors just stand there waiting for the conversation to be over.

P.S.: GBA version sucks for replacing "son of a submariner" with "son of a sandworm".

  • Though Sandworm makes a bit more sense.

  • @MettanAtem And not just that, they also suck for replacing, "welcome to my barbecue" with "enjoy the barbecue".

  • @joaquinferrer91 Yeah, to be honest it always seems like new translations are much more literal and boring compared to the witty original translations.

Oh well, at least they took the liberty to add "son of a sandworm!".

  • id laugh if the enemies just, walk away during there talk

  • Holy shit what's wrong with the graphics?

  • @JNPDonovan nothing, i think this is played via a GBA Emulator

  • It looks and it sounds better the SNES version.

  • I like how they talk and the enmy is standing right there.

  • Is this the GBA version? I've only played the SNES version and I can definitely tell somethings different.

  • Nvm. I should have glanced at the tags for that answer.

  • GBA

  • "Son of a sandworm!" is actually a worthy substitute for "Son of a submariner!". :D

  • "Son of a sandworm!" LOL

  • ff 6 and ff 9 are the most hilarious games of the series.

  • and they both tie as my fave of the series. XD

  • Lol at figaro....Running away and buggering off :D

  • the new artwork for Kekfa's face is so creepy. Awesome!

  • lol the the enamy was so polite waiting for them ^_^

  • For bad guys, they sure are polite. They should have asked "any last words" first. "Um, yeah, we do have some. Quite a few, actually..."

  • @Lorric101 They can afford to let the characters fool about like that during the battle, because Terra revealing her magic could've happened at any early-game part, when Terra healed their wounds at a campfire or something. ^_^

  • @Laurelindo Perhaps the bad guys were just as in awe of seeing magic performed as everybody else?

  • @Lorric101 Maybe, but the weird battle events etc have always been a part of this game's charm, IMO, including the battle with the Ghost Train and fighting another boss battle while falling down towards a floating continent. XD

  • I like Locke's theme in FF6, it sound so heroic. It was kinda funny when Edgar was suprised when Terra used magic. then after that it got funny by these 2 swooning over Terra, uh-oh possible love triangle.

  • I don't want to spoil anything but there is nothing between Locke and Terra.

  • well I found out that later. Locke and Celes has been pair up.

  • That Kefka bastard got what he deserved! ...IN AMERICA! XD
