if u guys like this, then watch the griffon! the griffon is located at busch gardens williamsburg (while this is busch gardens tampa). it is basically a lot alike but its taller and faster and newer so check it out! ive been on it a lot and LOOOVE it!!

B&M absolutely make the best roller coasters in the world no questions asked. They have been the first to do everything except break 100 mph. However they havent had any good ideas lately but if I can dream id like to have a roller coaster like to have a nice floorless classic 7 inversion roller coaster like bizarro but 90 mph and not 65 mph

I used to work at Busch Gardens I worked at montu help running the ride and seating people and clean up Its a good starter job but I got to test ride montu before they open the park in morning it was fun

this was the second roller costar i ever road and i went on with my two friends and my friends mom, according to them i was screaming shit the entire time... i dont remember any of that. and at the end not only was my picture one of me looking like i was going to die (which was funny as hell) but apparently my friend on the ground heard me screaming over everyone else on the ride lol

@oOToXSiiCkOo Its like Oblivion because its made by the same company (Bolliger & Mabillard) These coasters are what Bolliger & Mabillard call "Dive Coasters" and Oblivion was ground breaking as it was the first of its kind and so thats a pretty good milestone for Alton Towers and the UK. SheiKra however is simply an improved version of what B&M started with Oblivion and so its not really surprising SheiKra went bigger, steeper and faster. The poor view is simply my crappy recording though :(

It is a dropcoaster like oblivian but the begining turn is the opposite and SheiKra is 200 feet tall and was the tallest drop coaster in the world until they made Griffon in Busch gardens Europe in Williamsburg, VA. SheiKra ROCKS! This is a bad vid though and is was taken when SheiKra still had a floor! I rode it as my first roller coaster ever today and will always love it! The drops are INSANE!

@oOToXSiiCkOo not at all. all oblivion did was drop. this ride has 2 vertical drops. oblivion's drop was not vertical. It also is over 200 feet tall, has an inversion and a splashdown, and the trains are now floorless.

@oOToXSiiCkOo : Your info is a little out. SheiKra is 200 ft drop at 90 degrees with 70 MPH max. This is compared to Oblivion's 180 foot drop at 87 degrees and 68 MPH max speed. Also bear in mind that Sheikra is now floorless and has 2 X 90 degree drops (2nd drop is 145 ft) and Sheikra lasts 2 mins 20 total ride time to Oblivion's 1 min 15. I am also from the UK and have ridden both coasters many times and can assure you SheiKra is far superior. Both Coasters were built by Bolliger & Mabillard.

I went on this ride a few days ago, it is absolutely one of the greatest roller coasters I've been on. When you go down, you're literally falling and my god the butterflies in your stomach go insane.

This is, SheiKra at, Busch Gardens, Tampa, Florida.

The vid was filmed in Nov 2005 and so it was as the coaster was in its original form. They have now removed the floor and so hopefully on my next trip (later this year) I can do a POV of the new floorless version.
