  • Google SureCrete Design and you can find that matte!

  • Great video, and channel ! Really inspirational :)

  • Hey, great video. Nice Job Guys.

  • How long did that cure? Or was it like a cooking show with slabs in different stages of completion?

  • @miteymaus

No that is the same piece seen in the video, time lapse is about 18 hours from the mixing and pouring. The material can be demolded in 6-8 hours, but it takes about 36-48 hours for the flexural strength (about 1,500 psi) to catch up. That is why you saw us add the yellow spaghetti looking (structural fiber) to the mix design to deliver a quicker flexural strength and allow us to stand on it so soon.

The Xtreme Series mix is a pour-able version of GFRC with the addition of PVA fibers

  • what was that yellow something put in the concrete mix? and what is it for anyway

  • im thinking concrete canoe

  • Cool! I do concrete counters and will look into this product.

  • I see the counter top mix on the website but not the Fiber Reinforcement........is it a separate item?

  • You should do it with a triangle shape with only 3 parts touching the ground so the table would never be unleveled or tilted :)

  • what is the yellow stuffs u guys adding?

  • It is additional Fiber Reinforcement, a structural spaghetti fiber you may call it. The current mix is high load of PVA fibers.

  • thas good idea my friend, so you can use your imagination and do whatever you want, good good

  • that is pretty cool

  • That is the coolest thing I have seen done with concrete!

What else can you do with that?
