@Ericclapton24000, thats awesome. Back when I started my first major band in the earlyish 90s, ween had just broken here in Australia and we where VERY inspired by them. Mindyou we ended up with some sort of bastard son of Dead kenedys and Zappa crashing into a bus full of samba fiends. Point is, take the inspiration and make something of your own out of it. Get wierd, get good, and get original, and who knows maybe you'll get a support with these guys one day. Good luck and post recordings!

One day I received an email from someone who said they caught Ween playing on public access tv one night and that they had mailed me a copy of the show. They refused to take anything in return. I suppose they just wanted to spread the Ween gospel. A few days later a copy of this show arrived at my door. Perhaps you are the one who sent the video to me or possibly we got it from the same guy.

Actually, Claude played with Ween before this, in their first "live band" line up, with Andrew Weiss on bass, no keyboards. It was in 1994, right after Chocolate and Cheese was released. Before they played, Claude was walking around the lobby of the venue trying to bum a smoke off anybody who would give him one!

my first ween concert was 2-27-95 in ft lauderdale at a place called the edge on the chocolate and cheese tour. i did not know what to expect because thier albums were so wack. but i was floored with the amount of talent they portrayed. i was changed forever. since then i've seen them 3 more times 1997, 2000, and 2006.
