i find these all over the place by glitching and what i did was fill the basment of my house with them so its a tangle of yellow and black overlapping really fun. oh and sigil stones rolling on the ground add to a cool effect.

This is funny the result will happen 2 ways.

If you pickpocket her its a ring you cant drop or equip if you kill her there will be an item named 'missing name' you cant equip it but if you drop it your xbox will turn off. But if you have a ps3 and drop it, a giant '!' appears. so basicly its useless

Nvm I went to Bruma and I Saw it, it also has a weird icon. The only time I got an Icon like that is when I got Impure Madness/Amber Stuff and Deleted Shivering Isles, but I didn't drop them cause they were weightless.

I think she is one the secound floor of the Bravil mages guild you have to be a member of the mages guild to get to her...

@SlayerMatt69 it is simply a ring from the game, a template which the creators can edit to make the real rings, which on the game, we can wear. These have cropped up on my account due to my xbox severely overheating, try placing the xbox on top of an empty game case on a flat surface horizontally. This should stop any overheating, but the object is simply a glitch and usually disappears after you reload the game. If it doesn't there's no point in keeping it. Hope I helped!
