I'm lactose Intolerant cannot eat or drink anything with dairy or it will be tougher for my body to digest and gives me bad gas. If you know what I mean?

Thanks for posting. I eat almonds all the time but now I'm gonna start making almond milk. Can I add strawberries to it or bananas to give it a twist? Or would that not be such a good idea?
