I had this video on full blast so I can hear that beautiful V-12 sound... at 2:51 ( lap time ) or 2:58 ( video time ) I heard this OUTRAGEOUS kick down and what sounded to me like a mis-shift. Because of the noise, I swear I jumped 2 feet out of my seat... One downfall of the flappy paddle gearbox... Im pretty sure he meant to downshift way before the apex, but because those paddles are elephant ears, he messed up :(

Definitely not full speed could have gotten more out of it. His foot going from gas to brake and back was not fast at all. Put a formula 1 driver behind the wheel and give them a full day of testing and tuning then redo the run. I wouldnt be surprised to see a 6:30's lap time.

He knows limitations of the car, its not a fucking game where you can accelerate all the way around corners, proper speed to curve ratio is required or else the car would be totaled.

When are all these people going to learn, driving a circuit quickly in a video game, is nothing compared to doing it quickly in real life. yes the game physics may be good, if not amazing but I guarantee all of you, take your own car to any track and you'll be very surprised at the differences. check the top gear video for an example, Jeremy drove a quick lap of Laguna Seca in a Honda NSX on one of the GT games (2 I think, probably wrong) but couldn't come anywhere near the time in a real NSX

Bought GT5 and the Nurb track was 1:1 like the real one...

I got 6:10 in Forza 3 = Because of arcade physics and permanent driving aid

I got 7:34 in GT5 pretty much close to the real thing....

Felt like I was watching a gameplay on Need for Speed Shift! :O Best part was, I got the same lap time! If this car really handles like it does in the game, I think its safe to say this is the best hypercar in the world, better even than the Ferrari FXX. As a rough gauge, straights are about 250-280km/h tops and corners are all above 100km/h.
