It should be pointed out that at the end of the commercial they say, "what kind of eating habits are your kids learning". You people are looking way too much into this. It's not blaming games for kids being fat, they are basically blaming parents. Parents sit their kids in front of a TV and let them eat whatever they want. The game barely has anything to do with it.

I got it. Each food increases his "fat" differently. The center was still locked at 127, so it is greater than 127, but less than 187, which made him too fat. The slice of cake is worth 88 fat, the fries are 24, the hot dog is 15, and the burger is 50, So the combo is probably cake/burger/one of the others (depending on if the key number is 153 or 162). I assume once you eat all the ice cream your fat level increases to the point where you break the barriers like Fat Wario in Wario Land II.
