Top one tip: Just smile and show that you have the ability and/or are prepared to suck right from the moment one, then all the jobs, promotions, god wages and fast career is your's. The throat should eventually heal up orrrrrrrr...?? at least it worked for most of my "mr mngrs".

For those struggling to actually trying to get an interview, it is actually easy. All you must do is try and seperate yourself from the field. This can be done through networking or utilising many sources on the internet. Just as a starting point anyway.
