LOL, our Grey does the same "dance" with the same noises...and yes, it's a mating dance and regurgitation...the highest expression of love they can give you.

@ oz6ni 5: what are you talking about? ALL parrots will do this, hand fed or not. Mine happens to have been wild-caught and exhibits exactly the same behavior. It's instinctual, not learned behavior. Hand-fed parrots are sometimes better adjusted to be with humans, but parrot-fed parrots will do EXACTLY the same thing.
